Our meeting venue will not have hotel rooms available.
Therefore we have organised a management company to facilitate your travel arrangements. Our colleagues from Congrex can help you finding a suitable room near the meeting venue.
Please pay close attention to the booking deadlines and ensure that your travel arrangements are planned well in advance.
Travel and accommodation will not be arranged by Central Coordination.

Registration for EHDN 2012 will be open until July 31, 2012. Request for registrations submitted after this deadline may not be guaranteed and are subject to availibility of seating capacities. For urgent requests please contact .

Abstracts can be submitted - more detailed information will follow.

EHDN members are entitled to have their travel and accommodation costs reimbursed to a total of 400 Euros.
Please note: costs above that can not be covered by the EHDN.

The conference fee will be 150 Euros for each participant (exceptions can not be made). Please be aware that the conference fee can not be claimed back from EHDN.
