From M6 Junction 16: Follow A500, take A34 signposted Newcastle/Leek A53, then follow A52 signposted Stoke/Ashbourne.  Turn on to A5006 and follow map.
From M6 Junction 15: Follow A500 signposted City Centre Hanley, turn onto A5006 and follow map.
From Staffordshire Moorlands use A53 signposted Stoke, A5010 signposted City Centre and A5006 - follow map.
From North Stoke-on-Trent follow A50 signposted City Centre, then A53 signposted Newcastle, then A5010, City Centre and then A5006 - follow map.

About the HD services in Stoke-on-Trent.

Our HD service in North Staffordshire offers a comprehensive service for service users and their carers, of all ages, across North Staffordshire and surrounding districts who have the diagnosis of Huntington’s Disease.  The service developed over 20 years ago and currently comprises of inpatient beds; dedicated day care services and a large community team.  We also hold a HD clinic which gives individuals the opportunity to see any/all of the HD team on one visit.
We have also hosted three international conferences on HD and participated in other national/international HD related projects.
We are currently recruiting to the ENROLL-HD study.
