The hotels are located in the eastern part of Lisbon, in the newly developed area surrounding the Parque das Nações, alongside the Estação do Oriente and the Vasco da Gama Bridge. The Estação do Oriente is within a short walking distance from the hotels and provides access to excellent public transportation (bus, taxi and underground). Just a few minutes from the centre of the city and between 1.5 and 3 km from Lisbon International Airport, the hotels are also close to the FIL Meeting Centre, the Pavilhão Atlântico, the Oceanarium, the Vasco da Gama shopping mall, and the new Lisbon Casino.

The hotels have reserved a limited number of rooms for the participants attending the EHDN 2008.
